Daily Health Check
We ask that clients who are expecting an on-site visit from our electrician to perform a self-health check. If you have any flu like symptoms, please get in touch with us so that we can reschedule your appointment.

Our staff perform self-health checks every day before coming to work and are required to take a Covid-19 test before returning to work if they have experienced any symptoms, to ensure continued safety for the public and our team members.
When you have an appointment with one of our electricians, we ask that you wear a mask and maintain social distancing requirements as mandated by the Federal Health Minister. Our team members have been instructed to wear masks at all times when in your home and to also practice social distancing. This also applies to workers who are together outside or travelling in the same vehicle.
Generally, when we arrive, we will knock and stand back from your door to allow safe distancing. We will ask if you have performed a self-health check that day, if you have recently been in contact with anyone that has flu like symptoms or have recently traveled outside of the country before continuing the scheduled work.
We provide masks and hand sanitizer in our vehicles and our team members are expected to wear masks and use sanitizer regularly for everyone’s continued safety. We also regularly have safety briefings where our staff and management team discuss Covid-19 and other safety related issues to ensure that our safety in all aspects is continually improving.
